2+ years of experience as a level designer.

At least one shipped game as a level designer. Preferably an action/fps game.

Great knowledge of level design fundamentals and the impact that level design has on the player experience.

Structured and rational approach to the creative process.

Solid technical understanding about how to reduce draw calls with HLODs, mesh-LODs and world composition.

2-3 years experience creating high-detail, realistic game assets.

Experience with Unreal Engine (or Unity) and implementing 3D assets into game engines.

Self-motivation and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fun and energetic team

Experience with Substance Designer/Painter, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience using a major animation package (eg Maya, Blender, Motionbuilder, etc).

Positive, solution-orientated individual, with a deep-rooted interest in video games, and game development.

Ability to debug and develop animation systems, including state machines in UE4.

Skill in animating the human figure to create realistic character animations.

An understanding of development issues in getting animations into a game.
